Program Evaluation, Review, and Redesign

A culturally responsive approach to identifying needs, developing programs and reviewing their relevance, effectiveness and efficiency honours and respects the culture and practices of communities. With an emphasis on community wellness integrated and holistic models of care are a key part of a community development approach.

Our culturally responsive approach to evaluation involves working with programs and communities to develop their own tools and processes designed to ensure that programming is effective, efficient, accountable, and results in the desired outcomes.

Needs Assessment and Gap Analysis

A community needs assessment and gap analysis determine the needs of your families and communities, identifying strengths and pressing strategic priorities.

We approach needs assessment and gap analysis utilizing Indigenous research methodologies in a collaborative and meaningful way.

Prevention and Early Intervention Program Development

Our community development approach emphasizes community wellness within integrated and holistic models of care.

Our inter-sectoral approach to program development strengthens community capacity to deliver early prevention, intervention, and support services. We ground our work in promising practices that promote wellness, social cohesion, and cultural continuity. We then co-design programming with our clients to ensure the right program in the right place and at the right time.

Moving from Lateral Violence to Lateral Kindness

Our trauma informed approach engages all levels of organizations to build caring and safe work environments.

Lateral violence is a result of the impacts of colonialism and internalized racism and oppression. Using leading edge research and state of the art knowledge we collaborate to design and co-develop with each organization the format, style, and methodology towards a journey of creating a sharing and caring work environment.
