In our consulting practice we are:
- Guided by the principles of Truth and Reconciliation.
- Informed by of the history of colonization, the impact of Residential Schools and the on-going intergenerational impact on individuals, families, and communities with respect to culture, language, and identity.


Sovereignty and Self-Determination
In our consulting practice we respect:
- First Nation, Inuit, & Metis right to exercise sovereignty, and self-determination.
- The uniqueness and cultural differences found within all First Nation, Inuit, & Metis communities and Nations.
Indigenous Knowledge and Ways of Being
In our consulting practice we:
- Apply Indigenous knowledge when working with Indigenous leadership, families, and communities.
- Honour the role of Elders and traditional knowledge keepers.

In our consulting practice:
- We advocate for equitable access to needed services and resources.
- We are knowledgeable about ongoing systemic racism and discrimination. We take responsibility for addressing racism when we encounter it.
